ABOUT

IMG_4786_edited.png

Established in 1993, Metcalfe Massage Therapy Clinic has consistently provided Ottawa with individualized care. We understand that everyone is different, listen to the client's concerns, and jointly arrive at a plan that best suits their needs. Our focus is treating the client as a whole, taking into account any factors that may contribute to and assist with the success of the treatment plan.

Our registered therapists have each continued beyond provincially required education standards to further their learning, bringing additional tools and skills to the clinic and to their practice. We believe in following the most recent research, constantly improving on skills and techniques, and offering the very best care to our clients. With over 85 years of experience between our 7 registered therapists, Metcalfe Massage is a clinic where therapists are able to grow and develop throughout their careers.

MMTC is also committed to improving our surrounding community by holding drives 2-3 times per year. In speaking with our clients, we choose a charity or organization to support, accepting donations and handling the transfer of items collected. Recent charities supported include Sit With Me Dog Rescue, The Shepherds of Good Hope, and the Ottawa Food Bank.

Cancellation Policy:

At MMTC, we uphold a 24-hour cancellation policy for any changes or cancellations. As much as possible, please give your therapist at least a day's notice for any conflicts regarding your appointment.

As of June 1st, 2023, any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full cost of the treatment.

Minimal Scent is Good Scent!

We are a reduced-scent clinic, this means that we have done everything possible in order to reduce harsh, perfumed, or chemical smells in the clinic. Please be mindful of allergies and sensitivities when preparing to come to the clinic.

Please note that some smells, like those from our cleaning staff in the common areas of the building, are temporary and generally occur after regular business hours.
