Located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, our team is committed to helping you achieve optimal health through excellence in therapeutic massage. Our treatments focus on injury rehabilitation and the prevention of numerous conditions. We offer a variety of modalities, tailoring each treatment to your specific needs.

What is MMTC about?

At MMTC, we work hard to maintain the highest standard of massage therapy for our clients. With hundreds of hours of continuing education collectively, our team is ready to work with you and your concerns, using our wide range of techniques and skills. As we all do, each therapist has their own treatment style, experience, and skill set. We will work with you to ensure that you are receiving the care that best suits your needs. All of our therapists have met the standards and requirements set out by our provincial college, the CMTO, and are registered to practice in Ontario. Before your first appointment, please complete our Health History Form, which you will receive in the confirmation email after booking your appointment. If you were unable to complete the form, we have tablets available in the clinic.

Yes, please! Health History Form Updates

As dictated by our governing bodies and health care legislation, your health history information must be updated once per year. You may receive an e-mail from our booking system asking you to update your form - please complete the intake, even if nothing has changed. Please note that your information is never shared with outside sources without your express consent!
