WHO WE ARE

Located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, our team is committed to helping you achieve optimal health through excellence in therapeutic massage. Our treatments focus on injury rehabilitation and the prevention of numerous conditions. We offer a variety of modalities, tailoring each treatment to your specific needs.

Please note that all fees include HST.

What is MMTC about?

At MMTC, we work hard to maintain the highest standard of massage therapy for our clients. With hundreds of hours of continuing education collectively, our team is ready to work with you and your concerns, using our wide range of techniques and skills. As we all do, each therapist has their own treatment style, experience, and skill set. We will work with you to ensure that you are receiving the care that best suits your needs. All of our therapists have met the standards and requirements set out by our provincial college, the CMTO, and are registered to practice in Ontario.  Check out our Modalities page to learn about some of the specialized techniques that our team is trained in.

Before your first appointment, please complete our Health History Form, which you will receive in the confirmation email after booking your appointment. If you were unable to complete the form, we have tablets available in the clinic.

Winter is Coming...sometime

Rain

With November weather being so unpredictable, leaving the house prepared for the worst is a good idea. This could mean bringing a scarf with you in case the wind picks up, or mitts for when the sun sets and temperatures drop. Keeping your hands, feet, and neck warm while outside can help to prevent postural aches and pains as you huddle against the cold. Stay warm!
