Frances Russell, RMT

Frances has been an RMT since 1995 and is licensed in both Ontario and British Columbia. She has been certified in Active Release Techniques® (ART) since 1998. She specializes in injury rehabilitation and maintenance treatments for athletes of all disciplines, as well as for patients with chronic muscular pain, nerve entrapment conditions, repetitive strains, and postural and structural imbalances. To ensure that patients derive the utmost benefit from her treatments, Frances provides education for stretching, strengthening, posture awareness and biomechanical and/or occupational improvements.
