Chris Nestor, BA, RMTWorking as a massage therapist since 1997 Chris Nestor has treated many different conditions and had experience working with professional athletes and Olympic medal winners. Although raised and university educated in Ontario, Chris Nestor moved west to get his Massage Therapy diploma. While going to school in Vancouver, Chris Nestor finished 5 marathons while working as both a fitness instructor and a ski instructor. During this time he was a 'run leader" for a Learn to Run program and he was a coach for a Vancouver triathlon club. He also finished the 2000 Ironman Canada race while working at the Willowstream Banff Springs hotel and later enjoyed some spectacular skiing working high in the Canadian Rockies at a Heli-ski resort. Chris Nestor came to Ottawa with his wife to settle down and be closer to family in the fall of 2006 and is happy to be here. Chris Nestor is very impressed with what Ottawa has to offer with its unique blend of urban life and an active community.
